What is the return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is received. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Because many of our products are made on demand, we encourage reviewing sizing and product details carefully before placing your order.

Are any purchases final sale?

Yes. Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund. These may include limited releases, special editions, or items marked as final sale at the time of purchase. Final sale status will always be clearly noted on the product page.

When will I get my order?

All FTNSS products are made to order.

  • Production time: typically 2–5 business days
  • Shipping time: varies by location and shipping method selected at checkout

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please note that during peak periods, production or shipping times may be slightly extended.

Where are your products manufactured?

FTNSS products are fulfilled by Printful, which manufactures and prints products in facilities located in the United States. Some blank garments and raw materials may be sourced globally before final production and printing.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and set dynamically based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method. Rates are provided directly by our fulfillment partner.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Because items are made to order, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations once production has started. If you need help, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We’ll review the situation and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.

How do I know what size to order?

Each product page includes sizing information to help you choose the right fit. We recommend reviewing measurements carefully, as fits may vary slightly between styles.

Are your products sustainable?

We produce items on demand to reduce overproduction and waste. This allows us to create intentionally and avoid excess inventory.
